Agreement with Uppsala university
If you struggle with stress, have trouble sleeping or tend to procrastinate, The Newman Institute has an agreement with the Student Health Service at Uppsala University.
The service offers advice and supportive conversations both in person and digitally. You can read more about what is offered at https://www.uu.se/en/students/support-and-services/student-health-service. The service is free of charge, but you need to bring a valid identification and document confirming ongoing studies at the Newman Institute (email international@newman.se in case you are unsure whether you have the right document).
St. Lars Parish
The student group at St. Lars Catholic Parish brings together active students under the age of 30 from all over the world in a warm and welcoming community. The group is open not only to Catholics, but also to those of other backgrounds. It offers cultural and religious activities such as lectures, movie nights, coffee gatherings, and discussions that encourage reflection and conversation about faith and life in a broader sense.
