Higher Seminar on February 4 – Theodore of Edessa and the Empire in the Global Middle Ages

The Newman Institute’s Higher Seminar for Late Antique and Byzantine Culture (NILAB) will hold a hybrid meeting. The seminar will take place on Wednesday, February 4, from 4:00 to 5:30 PM (CET), both on Zoom and in the Hopkins Room (Hopkinsalen) at the Newman Institute. During the seminar, participants will discuss “Theodore of Edessa and the Empire in the Global Middle Ages” with Miriam Hjälm (Uppsala/Södertälje)

Högre seminarium den 5 februari – Hospitality as Christian Duty

Newmaninstitutets högre seminarium för teologi och filosofi har sin nästa träff på torsdag den 5 februari kl. 15–17 i Ateljén på Newmaninstitutet. Under seminariet kommer vi att diskutera “Hospitality as Christian Duty – in Luke Bretherton’s Hospitality as Holiness.” tillsammans med Lois Lindholm, doktorand i teologi, Enskilda Högskolan Stockholm.
